How We Work
Our Environment
We are a remote, volunteer-driven organization with a collaborative and learning-focused culture. We're largely MSP folks by background or day job, which keeps things grounded in real-world IT. Our team works together to grow, share knowledge, and deliver the best possible support to the nonprofits we serve.
How We Collaborate With Nonprofits
Partnership looks different for each org. Some work with us alongside an IT director or internal team; others use full MSP support including helpdesk. You choose the level of service; we fill gaps and adapt to you.
What It's Like to Work With Us
We're collaborative and transparent. If you want full access to your systems, you have it. You own your technology. Book time for support, consulting, or projects, or reach out when something comes up.
